Job Role: Engineering Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Engineering Department, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with staff across various departments.

Key tasks include reporting directly to the Chief Engineer or delegate, working closely with the Engineering Team, and interacting with contractors and suppliers as required.

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Engineering Team, including data management and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with staff from all other departments to ensure cohesive team efforts.
  • Collaborate with external parties, such as contractors and suppliers, to achieve project goals.

Requirements for this position include previous experience in administrative roles, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and high-level organizational and communication skills.
