Job Opportunity: Senior Process Engineer (Wastewater)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior or Principal Process Engineer to join our Melbourne team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to utilize your expertise in wastewater treatment process design and modelling, as well as apply your leadership skills to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake feasibility studies and reporting on complex engineering projects such as water, wastewater, recycled water, resource recovery, biosolids, and odour treatment facilities.
• Lead project delivery and engineering designs for water and wastewater treatment plant projects.
• Apply experience and understanding of treatment projects from concept through to detailed design to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead project teams to achieve high quality deliverables and budgets are met in a timely manner.

Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification in Chemical or Process Engineering, with approximately 6 to 10 years relevant professional experience in the water and wastewater industry.
• Experience in wastewater treatment process design and modelling would be advantageous.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.
• Highly developed consulting skills to liaise with clients and other stakeholders to achieve mutually successful project outcomes.
• A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to get involved and lead others, whilst contributing to a vibrant team.
