About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Recruit Shop. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our local business development and relationship management strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with senior management to expand business and marketing initiatives
  • Nurture leads, maintain customer engagement, and represent the company at industry events
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong connections and referrals
  • Organize staff meetings, professional development activities, and supervision sessions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and identify new business opportunities
  • Lead sales efforts, meet key performance indicators, and execute marketing strategies to promote the business
  • Conduct company audits for compliance and proactively engage with regulatory bodies
  • Establish rapport with potential clients and arrange meetings
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, relationship management, or a related field
  • Passion, knowledge, and experience in the NDIS industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or marketing
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Flexibility to travel around Sydney and be available for some interstate travel
