Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our Construction Practice, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Servicing: Provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their risk management and insurance needs are met and exceeded.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring a high level of trust and credibility.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our senior brokers and other team members to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality services.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage client data, prepare client documentation, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a business development or client relationship management role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry and risk management principles, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or construction management.
