About the Role

This is your opportunity to join the largest global consulting company that specialises in program project management services and solutions, where you will have the chance to grow and manage new client accounts, build your team, and manage your profit center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: You will orchestrate a consistent business development strategy, selecting a target company portfolio, identifying growth opportunities within your business unit, nurturing relationships with key account customers, and selling expert-level Project Management services.
  • Management & Recruitment: People are at the core of our success. You will partner with our Talent Acquisition Team to interview and hire the right candidates to support and develop your Hub's consultant team.
  • Profit Center Management: Ensure project success in partnership with your consultants, Delivery Managers, and clients. Manage revenue growth and profitability objectives of your business unit, while guaranteeing client satisfaction.

About You

You at least have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or in Business, with 3-5 years of proven experience in either sales or client account management.

You have a keen interest in various industrial sectors and their challenges. You love to help customers solve their critical problems with our project management services and solutions. Ideally, you have already had the opportunity to discover Project Management over the course of your past experiences, but we are willing to invest in you to quickly develop your knowledge of our services and solutions and the value benefits those services bring to our customers.

You are business-minded and results-oriented. Your success in this position relies on your self-discipline, consistency, and your desire to lead and unite multidisciplinary teams. Your ability to build and maintain impactful relationships internally and with clients is critical to your success.
