Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Kitchen team by providing support and guidance to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with other department managers to develop short-term and long-term business objectives, focusing on innovative menu creation and revenue generation.
- Work closely with Kitchen staff to introduce and implement new menus, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Oversee inventory control systems, purchasing, and supply chain management to optimize product quality, cost levels, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and implement HACCP plans to maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience in the Food and Beverage industry, preferably within a stadium or large event setting.
- Assist in menu development and implementation, including function packages and major events.
- Manage multi-function Food and Beverage operations, including public catering and functions.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and time management skills, ensuring high workloads are met within specified deadlines.
