Full Time Executive Chef Position

We are seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.
- Prepare and produce high-quality dishes across various outlets, including à la carte, buffet, and banquets.
- Take ownership of your workstation, manage supplies, equipment, and waste to meet mise en place and service requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness to meet local cleanliness and HACCP standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes.

To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum 1–2 years' experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage a section independently or with minimal supervision.
- A passion for food, quality, and continuous learning.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods.
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent qualification.
