We are seeking a results-driven Venue Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced venue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to ensure seamless execution of events and daily services.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators.
- Manage venue budgets, forecasts and financial reporting to inform business decisions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continually improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven track record of success in a senior management role within hospitality, QSR or premium retail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results through innovative solutions.
