Hotel Venue Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Venue Manager to oversee daily operations at our resort.

The Venue Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venues, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the business. Key accountabilities include managing day-to-day restaurant or venue operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, upholding the venue's reputation for excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Manage staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Uphold and enhance the venue's reputation for excellence in food, service, and ambiance
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by consistently delivering outstanding customer service
  • Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a Hospitality Industry Manager, advanced Licensee Qualification or General Manager Certificate, and a proven understanding of food and beverage service industry. You will also need to have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and train a team of dedicated staff members, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
