Property Portfolio Manager Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned property portfolio manager to oversee our local properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 160 properties, building strong relationships with landlords, and coordinating repairs and maintenance requests.

The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a top-performing team. They will also possess strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, as well as immaculate personal presentation.
