Customer Care Representative

We are seeking a professional and skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and their pets.

Job Description:

As a Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide a high level of customer service to our clients. This includes greeting clients and their pets, handling phone calls and email enquiries, booking appointments, invoicing and processing payments, and data entry.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and performing other general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate II in Animal Studies or equivalent qualification desirable;
  • Experience in reception, customer service, or high-volume call centre environment - bonus points if you have experience in a pet or medical health field;
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of different people;
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm during busy times;
