We are seeking an experienced Small Animal Emergency Specialist to join our team in a brand-new facility. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate professional to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners.

About the Role

This role offers the chance to work in a state-of-the-art hospital with a talented team of specialists and support staff. As a Small Animal Emergency Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with referring veterinarians, and contributing to the development of the hospital's emergency services.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in small animal emergency medicine and surgery
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care and outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized veterinary qualification (BVetMed or equivalent)
  • Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (ANZCVS) or Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care (ACVECC)
  • Current registration with the relevant veterinary registration authority
