Job Title: Supermarket Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail manager to oversee the operation of our supermarket in a remote community.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing successful retail operations, training and mentoring local staff, and delivering on nutritional policies.

  • Manage the daily operation of the supermarket, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
  • Train and mentor local staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Work with merchandising, nutrition, and local stakeholders to meet community needs.
Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in retail management.
  • Experience using electronic retail systems for stock control, point of sale, and staff management.
  • A Certificate III in Retail or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
