A seasoned retail leader is required to step into a high-impact role supporting remote stores across Northern Territory and Far North Queensland.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations including team leadership, inventory management, merchandising, cost control, and community initiatives
  • Coach and mentor Duty Managers and local staff to build capability and performance
  • Oversee café/takeaway operations where applicable, ensuring food safety standards are met
  • Ensure accurate financial management and compliance in-store
