Job Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Operations Specialist to lead our facilities management initiatives.

The successful candidate will be an expert communicator, embodying our values and delivering exceptional service. They will work closely with a prominent national client in the telecommunications sector, aligning their efforts with the delivery of high-quality operational services.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the BMS operations team, ensuring efficient monitoring and control of all client-connected facilities.
  • Provide guidance to facility managers in addressing day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, validate KPIs, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Identify and communicate risks, proposing solutions to senior management.
  • Ensure effective risk management, incident response, and issue resolution for tenants and clients.
  • Collaborate with operations management to meet contractual obligations and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives, ensuring project delivery aligns with client needs.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in technical operations management, preferably in facilities management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Building Management Systems and critical operations.
