Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our Infrastructure team in Adelaide.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in risk management, with at least 4 years of experience in the field. They will have excellent quantitative skills and commercial awareness, as well as proficiency in risk tools such as Active Risk Manager or Cura.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Risk Identification & Ownership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all risks and opportunities are identified, assigned, and tracked with clear ownership and mitigation strategies.
  • Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA): Conduct QRAs to inform contingency levels, validate inputs, and monitor risk exposure. Provide scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support decision making.
  • Reporting & Communication: Develop and present risk dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate QRA outcomes and highlight key insights to stakeholders.
  • Financial Risk Modelling: Model cash flows over time, assess escalation impacts, and track risk exposure against the remaining risk budget.
  • Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with project controls precinct teams to integrate risk insights into broader project planning, ensuring alignment with corporate risk standards and procedures.
