Senior HSE Risk and Compliance Professional

This is a HSE Risk and Compliance Lead role that we are looking to fill. This position will be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation, monitoring and review of the HSE Management Plan across multiple sites in South Australia and Western Australia.

The successful candidate will have senior experience in HSE Management roles including management of subcontractor work scopes. They will also have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and lead on safety related matters.

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field required.
  • iCAM Lead Investigator certification an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote inclusion and belonging within the workplace by implementing support and mentoring programs.
  • Strategic and tactical HSE advice provided to key account directors and contract management teams.
  • Promote compliance with ISS and client HSE policies and procedures.
  • Lead HSE audits and implement standardized controls.
  • Work closely with key account directors and HSE teams to ensure living risk registers.
  • Manage incident investigation and reporting.
