Enterprise Risk Leadership

We are seeking a Senior Leader to join our Enterprise Risk team, driving the development of strategic risk management frameworks and fostering a culture of risk awareness across the organization.

About the Role

This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with strong analytical and communication skills to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide high-quality insights, reporting, and assurance.

  • Risk Culture Framework Development: Create and maintain a robust framework promoting a culture where risk awareness, capability, and continuous improvement are integral to everyday practice.
  • Risk Management Strategy/E RM Framework: Lead maturity assessments and develop strategies to enhance risk management capabilities.
  • Risk Appetite Framework: Define risk appetite statements and tolerance indicators, monitoring the bank's risk profile.
  • Risk Governance and Accountability Model: Implement a clear model defining roles and responsibilities, enhancing ownership and transparency across the organization.
