Expert Wireless Infrastructure Specialist

This is a key role in our organization that focuses on data centre Wi‑Fi and Secure Network as a Service (SnaaS), with the responsibility to lead technical development and continuous improvement of Network Access and Control (RADIUS and TACACS) and Data Centre Wi‑Fi services.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical development and continuous improvement of network services, including network access control, Wi-Fi technologies, and data centre infrastructure.
- A critical aspect of this role is to act as a subject matter expert in WiFi technologies, RF survey and planning, SD access, campus switching, and designs to support scalable, modern networks.
- Another key responsibility is to provide input into new solution design, release planning, and product lifecycle support.
- Hands-on experience with Wireless Technologies (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper), RF Analysis tools (Ekahau), and SD access (Catalyst Centre and Central).
- A deep understanding of authentication (ISE, ClearPass) is required.
- Solid scripting and automation skills for network orchestration (e.g., Python, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines are necessary.
- Familiarity with monitoring and visibility tools like SolarWinds and Splunk is also required.
- The ideal candidate should have the ability to work across complex ICT environments with a focus on innovation and reliability.
