Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Process Specialist to join our organization. As a key member, you will play a critical role in helping our clients design smarter processes and deliver better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a strong Solutions Implementation Consultant - Take part in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution development, documentation, integrations, and enablement activities.
  • Business process analysis and design – Take part in workshops with customers, gathering user requirements and providing business process recommendations throughout solution delivery.
  • Become a Subject matter expert (SME) in the latest digital technology – Learn & develop a solid understanding of technology platforms like monday.com and Make (formerly known as Integromat).
  • Become a Trusted Advisor – Learn how to proactively manage customers to become their trusted advisor for their workflow solutions.

Requirements

  • Consultant: 0 to 2+ years' work experience as Business Analyst and/or Business Process Consultant or similar role
  • Senior Consultant: 3+ years' work experience as Business Analyst and/or Business Process or similar role
  • Exposure to understanding business requirements
  • Logical questioning, reasoning and problem-solving skills to help find optimal solutions
  • Curiosity and ability to convert ambiguity into structured problem statements
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Reside in Australia
  • Willingness to learn, grow and be part of our team
