We are seeking a Fleet Engineering Operations Manager to lead and support the Fleet Engineering team in providing safe, sustainable, and customer-focused fleet related services.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Driving priority planning, staff development, and mentoring.
  • Establishing and maintaining fit-for-purpose, safe, cost-effective, and compliant fleet standards.
  • Developing and managing capital expenditure budget plans.
  • Overseeing project management, design, and engineering activities.
  • Establishing supplier arrangements and overseeing vehicle and plant procurement, disposal, and replacement processes.
  • Maintaining effective procedures, reporting models, and performance monitoring of external providers.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  • A valid C-class vehicle licence up to 4.5 tonnes gross vehicle mass.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Energy/Electrical/Transport/Utilities/Manufacturing Industry.
