About Our Team

We are seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a graduate, you will be working on hands-on mining and heavy industrial projects with strong mentorship and career growth.

  • Promote a robust safety culture across all projects.
  • Design mechanical engineering systems including pumping, piping, and structural components.
  • Ensure designs adhere to Australian Standards and industry best practices (AS1170, AS1418, AS1657, AS2033, AS4041, AS4024, AS4100, ASME B31, etc.).
  • Utilize engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Advance Steel, Plant 3D, SPACE GASS, Pipe Flow Expert, AutoPIPE, or similar.
  • Conduct engineering audits and reviews, prepare reports, and deliver technical presentations.
  • Manage multidisciplinary projects including project correspondence, documentation, budgets, and estimates.
  • Participate in onsite and office-based work throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Work alongside senior, principal, and RPEQ engineers to improve and deliver quality engineering services.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) recognized by Engineers Australia or equivalent.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of engineering software is advantageous.
  • Strong passion for applying theoretical knowledge to real-world mining and heavy industrial solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
