Job Description

  • Perform mechanical engineering design including pumping, piping, and structural components.
  • Ensure designs comply with Australian Standards and industry best practices.
  • Utilize engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Advance Steel, Plant 3D, SPACE GASS, Pipe Flow Expert, AutoPIPE, or similar.
  • Conduct engineering audits and reviews, prepare reports, and deliver technical presentations.
  • Manage multidisciplinary projects including project correspondence, documentation, budgets, and estimates.
  • Participate in onsite and office-based work throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes.
About the Role
  • Final-year or recent Mechanical Engineering graduate required.
  • Passion for applying theoretical knowledge to real-world mining and heavy industrial solutions.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
  • Prior site experience or familiarity with engineering software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) recognized by Engineers Australia or planning to obtain it.
