The Role

You will identify, evaluate, and secure land and property opportunities that align with our objectives as a commercially astute Acquisition Specialist.

This role requires strong analytical capability, sector insight, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess acquisition opportunities across multiple sectors
  • Conduct financial analysis, including discounted cash flow modelling and risk assessment
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to progress acquisition opportunities
  • Maintain strong networks across government, industry, and the property sector
  • Prepare and present acquisition proposals and business cases
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, experience, and attributes:

- Strong understanding of valuation methodology

- Experience in project feasibility assessment and financial modelling

- Proficiency in feasibility tools such as Estate Master (desirable)

- Knowledge of government processes and public sector engagement

- Excellent communication and relationship building skills

- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams

- Experience in an organisation with similar values and ethics
