Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop insight-led marketing strategies for a portfolio with the Marketing Manager.
  • Implement brand marketing plans across customers and channels to achieve performance targets.
  • Manage the innovation funnel and new product development (NPD) project management, ensuring timely execution despite external constraints.
  • Coordinate brand and NPD activation planning, collaborating with sales on in-store programs that align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Support product development across international suppliers, tracking NPD and total portfolio performance, and providing cross-functional insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain asset and promotion management, ensuring spend is aligned with budget, and delivering relevant business insights to inform channel/customer plans and NPD projects.

For success in this role, you should be a self-motivated individual with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. A strong track record in Brand Marketing, particularly in the retail channel, is essential, along with commercial acumen, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical skills using data from platforms are preferred.
