The Opportunity

You will spearhead a large team of General Managers, collaborating closely to deliver a total portfolio approach. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing asset allocation strategies for investment options to achieve targeted objectives.
  • Delivering strategic research through internal expertise and collaborations with investment partners.
  • Maintaining a high-performing research capability and 'school of excellence' for the investment team.
  • Undertaking portfolio risk management and analysis, including scenario planning and stress testing.
  • Utilizing dynamic asset allocation to capitalize on market opportunities and respond to emerging risks.
  • Rebalancing across the portfolio, including currency overlays and derivative programs.
  • Maintaining strong connections and partnerships across global financial markets.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulation, and policies.

About You

As a senior leader, you will have extensive experience in building and managing investment processes and portfolios, ideally in a multi-asset class context with derivatives experience.

You will be able to empower, develop, and motivate your team, while working collaboratively across the organization to achieve outcomes.

With well-developed knowledge of macroeconomics and global financial markets, you will be passionate about market developments and possess a collaborative approach to working with people.

Additionally, you will enjoy upholding a 'Total Portfolio Approach' by building, sustaining, and actively role-modeling an open and collaborative culture and strong risk culture across the team.
