About the Role:
  • Provide top-notch customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their sleep health needs.
  • Monitor clients using trial machines to troubleshoot and refine treatment as needed.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent health outcomes for sleep customers.
  • Ensure sleep health sections are visually appealing and well-stocked, creating a welcoming experience for customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.

  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems for customers.
  • Talent for explaining treatment benefits to engage new trial customers.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
