**Job Description**

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and drive success in a dynamic environment.

  • Schedule Management: Assist teams with scheduling, reception processes, and diary optimization to ensure seamless clinic operations.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor financial reports, ageing debt, and business performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Staff Training: Coach and upskill clinic administration teams, promoting consistency and quality in their work.
  • Business Improvements: Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost efficiency, and service enhancement to drive business success.
  • Onsite Relief: Provide support in practice management or reception roles during staff absences, ensuring continuity of services.
  • Clinic Coordination: Assist with rostering, leave planning, and operational continuity across multiple sites, fostering a cohesive team environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 2+ years' experience in healthcare administration, preferably in allied health.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Financial acumen and confidence using clinic/business reporting tools.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to motivate and support others.
  • A current driver's license and reliable transportation (travel is essential).
  • A qualification in Business Administration or Practice Management is highly advantageous.
