Senior Financial Executive Opportunity
Foot Locker APAC is seeking a Senior Financial Executive to provide strategic leadership and direction in the Finance function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing company financial objectives, reviewing and approving operating budgets, and conducting financial reviews to monitor operating performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop long-term and short-term financial objectives and strategies to achieve them.
- Review and approve operating budgets and conduct regular financial reviews to monitor operating performance.
- Forecast financial results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Provide expense and gross margin analysis and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting for all areas of Foot Locker APAC.
- Participate in operating review meetings and provide direction as needed.
- Develop and train staff in sales, markdowns, shrink, and discounts.
- Execute decisions based on Sarbanes Oxley's impact on internal controls.
- Minimize company exposure through risk management and loss prevention.
- Oversee Finance functions including Payroll, G/L, Tax, and Statutory Accounting.
- Provide direction and leadership to the finance team.
