About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned leader with deep experience in hardship and collections, someone who knows how to lead through complexity and bring people along for the journey.
The successful candidate will have a strong operational and change management background, confident in embedding strategic programs into teams and functions. They will be known for their ability to coach and mentor other leaders, with a sharp focus on risk, compliance, and customer outcomes.
As a natural communicator, they will be outgoing, approachable, and able to build strong relationships across the business. They will know how to engage the front line, influence senior stakeholders, and drive a high-performing culture.
