
Digital Performance Leader

The Digital Performance Leader plays a vital role in driving business results through digital performance excellence. As part of the Starcom team, you will be responsible for managing digital performance business and driving best-in-class implementation across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels.
- Develop and grow relationships with clients and client teams through digital performance excellence
- Work cohesively for integrated media solutions for clients
- Meet or surpass client digital performance targets
- Oversee the execution and optimization of biddable programs and campaigns
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years' experience implementing/buying digital marketing campaigns across any 2 channels - paid search, paid social, and/or programmatic. They will also possess a thorough understanding of bid management tools, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to exceed client and campaign objectives.

Core Competencies:
