Digital Marketing Specialist - Leadership Role

A key role exists for a specialist to lead paid digital marketing across multiple channels, driving customer acquisition and engagement through full-funnel campaign strategies. This involves developing and implementing effective campaign strategies, managing budgets, and optimising product feeds for maximum performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Bid on audience segments and use precision targeting and remarketing to drive conversions.
  • Optimise product feeds for Shopping performance and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with brand and ecommerce teams to align campaign execution with trade calendars and customer journey improvements.
  • Analyse data and deliver actionable insights via GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns in ecommerce or retail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopping feeds.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering ROAS and efficiency improvements.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, and digital performance KPIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
