Overview

As a high-performing digital leader, you will oversee the paid media strategy for our fashion and lifestyle brands. You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our diverse brand portfolio.


This leadership role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring a data-driven approach to deliver measurable results while inspiring and growing a high-performing team.


The Role

  • Manage and mentor a team of four, fostering collaboration, building capability, and driving a data-led culture.
  • Develop and execute strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, affiliates, and emerging channels, balancing efficiency with growth.
  • Implement test-and-learn frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality, audience experimentation) to improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Oversee cross-channel budget allocation, forecasting, and investment decisions to maximize ROI.
  • Partner with CRM, Digital Delivery, Marketing, and Brand teams to align paid activity with trading calendars and campaigns.
  • Build robust reporting frameworks, analyze attribution models and customer journeys, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Manage agency relationships and partnerships with major platforms - negotiating contracts and maximizing platform incentives.
  • Adopt new technologies, automation, and AI tools to enhance targeting, reporting, and efficiency while staying on top of industry trends.

About You

As a commercially focused digital expert, you have deep expertise in performance marketing and a passion for innovation. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have the confidence to influence at executive levels, remaining hands-on when needed.


  • 10+ years' experience in performance marketing, preferably in ecommerce or retail.
  • A proven track record of delivering growth through paid search, social, and affiliate channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in ROI optimization, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution platforms.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills with executive-level reporting experience.
  • Comfort with ecommerce technologies, conversion optimization, and digital trading.
  • Passion for experimentation, innovation, and leveraging new media technologies.
