About Aligned Leisure
Aligned Leisure is a subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, dedicated to managing leisure business activities. We operate 32 facilities across Victoria and New South Wales, prioritizing culture and staff development.
We're seeking Aquatic Educators to deliver safe and engaging swimming lessons using the Swim and Survive program. Our educators will maintain industry knowledge, communicate effectively with students, and engage with parents to maximize member retention.
Aquatic Educators are responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality swimming lessons, focusing on stroke development and water safety
- Maintaining strong relationships with students and parents
- Creating a fun, welcoming, and safe environment
Key qualifications include:
- Teaching certifications in swimming and water safety
- Experience working with children and families
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Working With Children Check – Vic
The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience, committed to ongoing training, and possesses high-level communication skills. They should be flexible, punctual, and respectful in their approach.
This role offers an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We prioritize professionalism, accountability, and exceptional service delivery.
