Position Purpose:

• Coach swimmers within Caulfield aquatics squads program, prioritizing personal best and welfare.
• Support swimmers to train and compete with high sportsmanship and team spirit.
• Identify and manage safety risks, ensuring swimmers' protection under your care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality coaching programs to improve swimmers' technique and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with Swimming Lessons program to teach and develop future talent into Caulfield Aquatics.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

1. Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003)
2. CPR Certificate (HLTAID001)
3. AUSTSWIM Teacher and Water Safety or Swim Australia (SCTA) equivalent, pursuing Competitive strokes qualification.

This role offers an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
