Key Responsibilities
  • Assist advisory, learning and development, and recruitment teams with day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in employee relations and industrial relations matters to ensure smooth functioning of HR services.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports, information, and advice as required by the teams.
  • Conduct research on topics requested by the HR teams to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate and execute HR-related projects allocated to you.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies and procedures that align with organisational goals.
  • Support the onboarding/mobilisation of employees to ensure seamless integration into the team.
  • Perform ad hoc administration tasks as required to meet the needs of the organisation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience within the resources industry (advantageous) or relevant vacation placements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common objectives.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Advanced time management, planning, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet strict deadlines.
  • Hold a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and credibility to maintain trust with colleagues and stakeholders.
