Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven HR Advisor to join our team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact within the HR function.

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to business leaders and managers on various people-related issues. This includes building capability, driving improved performance, and educating managers on compliance matters.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with ease. You should possess a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, as well as experience in coaching and mentoring.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Proven experience in building effective relationships with stakeholders and influencing collaboration to achieve business outcomes;
  • Ability to travel as required;
  • High level of discretion and professionalism to act with integrity and maintain confidentiality;
  • Proficient user of MS Office Packages including Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint;
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude.
