Coordinate Surgical Care

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Public Contract Coordinator to become a key part of our team. Through the Surgery Connect program, public patients are referred to hospital for essential surgical care.

This pivotal role involves coordinating with surgeons' practices to schedule hospital admissions and surgical operations, overseeing the full patient journey from referral to post-op reporting, ensuring accurate and timely communication back to the team, managing payments to doctors and diagnostic providers efficiently and on time.

You will be the central link between patients, surgeons, hospitals, and administrators, ensuring a seamless, professional, and compassionate care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with surgeons' practices to schedule hospital admissions and surgical operations
  • Oversee the full patient journey from referral to post-op reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication back to the team
  • Manage payments to doctors and diagnostic providers efficiently and on time

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines with accuracy
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling, reporting, and payment processing
