Job Title: Patient Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate patient care support specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, supporting patients across multiple hospital departments.

This rewarding role is ideal for someone with a Certificate III in Aged Care or Health Services who is passionate about delivering high-quality care in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
  • Safely transport patients as required.
  • Support clinical teams by monitoring vital signs, assisting with ECGs, and recording accurate observations.
  • Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment, always prioritising patient wellbeing and comfort.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Health Services, or Care Support (desirable).
  • Experience working in a clinical hospital setting.
  • Strong understanding of infection control, manual handling, and hospital safety procedures.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
