Job Description

The role of Facilities Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day operations across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include developing strategies and business plans, managing maintenance budgets and contractual agreements, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations and develop business strategies
  • Effectively manage maintenance budgets and agreements
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Manage landlord and property-related issues
  • Provide support and escalate issues to supervisors and subcontractors as needed
  • Regularly provide reports on business performance
  • Develop relationships with team members and subcontractors
Requirements

Applicants must have previous experience in facilities management or a similar role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and administrative skills are also essential. Additionally, applicants should possess budget management skills, financial report comprehension, and excellent customer service and communication skills.
