We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Site Operations Manager to lead our Outdoor Recreation center. This role is responsible for driving the camp business through growth and redevelopment, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team at the outdoor recreation center
- Oversee catering, cleaning, and maintenance teams
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure compliance requirements are met
- Confident with financial administration and business planning
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar role
- Strong understanding of site management and compliance standards
- Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication and coordination skills
- Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to implement and manage change in a clear, logical manner
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment
- Evidence of being able to manage a multi-disciplinary team and provide strong leadership
- Prior experience managing P&L with strong financial and commercial acumen
- Outstanding personal organizational skills
- Current Driver's License, able to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the Not-for-Profit Sector
- Tertiary qualifications in business and/or recreation discipline
