We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Gaming Tray Attendant to join our team at Chester Hill RSL. As a Gaming Tray Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patrons in the gaming area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverage services to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the gaming floor is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Provide assistance to customers with their gaming needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve excellent customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Current NSW Competency Card (RSA & RCG)
  • School certificate (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable grooming
  • Full availability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends
  • Ability to work standing & walking for a minimum of 5 hours continuously.
  • To adhere to club policies at all times.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A current Police Clearance certificate.
