About the Role

The Gaming Tray Attendant role is a key position within our club, providing exceptional customer service to patrons in the gaming area. As a Gaming Tray Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service, ensuring that all areas of the gaming floor are clean and tidy, and providing a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tray service for food and beverages to patrons in the gaming area.
  • Supply and dispense liquor, ensuring that all patrons are served in a responsible and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all areas of the gaming floor are kept clean and tidy, including the general pickup of glasses, cups, and plates.
  • Perform cleaning duties in areas including but not limited to toilets, drink stations, smoking terraces, walkways, and carpeted areas.
  • Handle general customer enquiries and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure that all chairs and gaming stools are pushed in and are in order at all times.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and adhere to workplace policies and procedures.
  • Participate as part of a team providing services to patrons and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Current NSW Competency Card (RSA & RCG)
  • School certificate (or equivalent)
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable grooming
  • Full availability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to work standing and walking for a minimum of 5 hours continuously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A current Police Clearance certificate
Desirable Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in applying Occupational Health and Safety initiatives in a workplace
  • Ability to show initiative and judgement in the workplace
  • Ability to speak a second or multiple languages
  • Current Certificate in Food Handling
  • Drivers Licence
  • Reliable transport
