About the Role

This Retail Sales Associate role is specifically designed to ensure customers and tradespeople have a great shopping experience at Globe Home Timber & Hardware. We are seeking individuals with a passion for retail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and processing orders.
  • Engage with customers, answer product queries, and source products for customers.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including unpacking pallets and organizing stock.
  • Promote products and services, and maintain a high standard of presentation in the store.
  • Perform tasks such as measuring and cutting timber, and tinting paint.
