About Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of occupational rehabilitation services in Australia, dedicated to empowering individuals to reclaim their quality of life and reconnect with health and independence.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Sydney, working closely with clients to assist them in participating in employment or education, or living independently and accessing services under the CTP and life insurance schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a caseload of clients under CTP and life insurance schemes, including attendance at Medical Case Conferences.
  • Use strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, and employers.
  • Assist clients in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual with strong time management skills.
  • Confidence in mentoring and training junior staff.
  • Previous industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desired but not essential.
