About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Insurance Leader to join our team in North Sydney. As a key member of our underwriting services team, you will be responsible for ensuring broker partners are effectively serviced and that the team meets productivity and turnaround time/service-based targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in people management, technical knowledge in strata or property insurance, and expertise in consultation, influencing, and negotiation skills. They will also have a strong track record of stakeholder management and management engagement.
