Drill Operator
Are you looking for a challenging role in the rapidly expanding lithium supply chain? Do you have experience operating drilling and blasting equipment in a large open pit mining operation? If so, this permanent position may be the opportunity for you.
Job Description:The Drill Operator plays a critical role in our operations, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of drilling and ancillary equipment under the guidance of the Drill Supervisor. This includes maintaining a positive workplace culture aligned with our values, operating drilling and ancillary equipment to achieve optimal productivity while ensuring safety and efficiency, contributing to a flexible and motivated production crew focused on quality production goals, adhering to occupational health and safety standards relevant to operations, identifying and reporting safety incidents and hazards, and completing Take-5's before starting tasks or adjusting as necessary due to changing conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A current HR Driver's Licence.
- At least 2 years' experience operating drilling and blasting equipment in a large open pit mining operation.
