Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled program delivery professional to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of digital projects across the organization.

  • Oversight of digital project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Development and implementation of best practices, standards, and methodologies for digital project delivery.

The purpose of this role is to oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and proficiency in using project management tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of digital program delivery professionals.
  2. Oversight of digital project planning, execution, and delivery.
  3. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  4. Development and implementation of best practices, standards, and methodologies for digital project delivery.
  5. Identification, assessment, and management of risks and issues across all projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or demonstrable relevant experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing digital programs or projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and proficiency in using project management tools.
