Role Overview
We are seeking a Principal Staff Wellbeing Advisor to join our Health, Safety and Staff Wellbeing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping and leading our health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative strategies and approaches to enhance and support staff wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with school leadership teams and other key stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice and case management support to staff, schools, and executive on identifying and supporting vulnerable staff.
- Work collaboratively with the team to identify future training needs to uplift capability supporting staff wellbeing.
Requirements
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as education, business, management, social sciences or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience in the development and implementation of programs and strategies to enhance staff wellbeing in schools.
What We Offer
- A permanent full-time ongoing opportunity.
- A salary relative to experience, and ranges from $134,411 to $155,445 + super and leave loading.
- A hybrid working arrangement, including work from home options (35-hour week).
