**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Safety Advisor to join our team in Albury/Wodonga/Wagga. Reporting directly to the Safety Manager, this role involves supporting the project in achieving optimal safety outcomes.

As a Senior Safety Advisor, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise and skills gained from a successful health and safety career while assisting staff and subcontractors in delivering best possible outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supporting the project in achieving optimum safety outcomes
  • Conducting and interpreting audits and reviews
  • Developing, analysing, and reporting on complex project performance
  • Delivering training in high-risk activities such as working at heights, confined space, and rescue training
  • Engaging with subcontractors and communicating with people at all levels to ensure safety and compliance

**Requirements**

  • Experience working on construction projects in a safety-related position
  • High-level skill in conducting and interpreting audits and reviews
  • WHS Qualifications
  • Strong relationship building, influencing, and negotiation skills

**Location**
